Delivery

Cricket Demon aims to dispatch all goods in stock within 3 - 5 working days from receipt of order. We regret that this may not be possible during the run up to Christmas and during the calendar months of February to May due to the sheer volume of orders. Where we anticipate delivery to be in excess of 28 days from order date due to the unavailability of stock or volume of orders, we will endeavour to contact as soon as this becomes apparent.  All deliveries from our warehouse are couriered by Interlink Express at a cost of £6.95 per order.  Items which are delivered directly from the manufacturer (most ground equipment products including scoreboards, catching cradles, and BOLA bowling machines) may incur an additional carriage charge due to the size and weight of the product.  Any additional charge will be notified prior to delivery.

Shipping and Handling Charges
Ordering is simple and secure. Place the items that you require into the shopping basket and click 'checkout' to enter your details and order.

We charge a flat rate of £6.95 for orders up to the value of £150.00 for UK mainland delivery. Orders above £150.00 in value are charged at a flat rate of £0.00 with the exception of orders in excess of 20kg in weight which may be liable to an additional shipping charge which will be notified to the customer prior to dispatch. We aim to dispatch all goods within 3-5 working days.

Your card details will be securely processed on our behalf by Streamline.

Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return it within 7 days of shipment.  A full refund will be applied to your original purchase credit card for the item(s) returned.  We only accept returns if the goods returned to us are unused and in their original packaging.  We have the right to reject any returns which we believe not to be in their original condition.  

If you are returning items due to error on our part we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred by you in sending the item back to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges incurred.  You will also be liable for costs for any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, for example "knocking in" and any delivery costs incurred by us.   Any items that are customized to your order specifically e.g., bespoke score boards or knocked in bats, are not returnable unless faulty.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
